So busy with daily activities, there are people who often forget about health. In fact, being indifferent like that can bring disease which can ultimately hamper activity.

In order not to get sick in the midst of crowded activities, it is important to keep a healthy lifestyle. One of the things that should not be forgotten is exercise to maintain the body's metabolism.

Maintaining the speed of the body's metabolism is crucial for health. Because, this process involves burning calories which are then processed into energy for the capital of daily activities.

When someone stops exercising, the metabolic process will decrease or slow down. This is what makes the body's ability to burn calories is disturbed.

As a result, someone will get fat faster. Other adverse effects, it can be a forerunner to chronic diseases, such as high cholesterol and heart disease.

Another thing that can be overcome by exercising is stress and depression. Too busy and tired, facilitate the coming of these conditions. The best way to counter it is to exercise.

A clinical psychologist and author of Your Next Big Thing: 10 Small Steps to Get Moving and Get Happy, Ben Michaelis, said that there is relevance between body health and human mental health.

"The body is the mind and the mind are the body. When you take care of the body properly, all the systems that you have, including the mind, will be well maintained,"  (04/20/2016).

For information, bone health can be maintained by exercising. Research has found that a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise - especially for women - has been shown to increase muscle density and strength.

This was revealed by a team from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Osteoporosis and Related Bones Diseases National Resources Center, on the web site niams.nih.gov in May 2015.

Don't be a burden

Given these benefits, it's good to start counting sports as a routine to start a healthy life. If you tend to be afraid of fatigue, look for simple exercise first.

Short jogging or walking for 30 minutes a day, for example, can be an idea to start the habit. But do it regularly. For example, you must go 3-5 times a week.

Then, make the sport a fun thing. Encouraging friends in the activity can also be an alternative to having a moment to chat so you don't get bored quickly.

If you like music or dance, you can also choose a sport that allows both things to remain in activity. Follow fast rhythm sports that use music such as gymnastics or zumba.

Unfortunately, exercise alone is not enough to make a healthy life. Another thing that also needs to be done is to pay attention to the way of consumption and nutritional intake of food
